| Half Marathon and Marathon Training: |
|
Training programs are available for both a Half Marathon and Full Marathon. Fox River Trail Runners will provide training for beginners to advanced runners. There are excellent benefits in joining an organized program including a shirt, hydration on group runs, hospitality tent at the Chicago Marathon, seminars and the comraderie of your fellow runners. The project will be led by Road Runner Club of America certified coaches and group runs will take place in various locales in the Fox Valley region. Contact Tom Spadafora with questions.
