• Maintain and promote  a 22 race club circuit  (Members Only)
  
• Annual Awards Banquet 1st Saturday in February
  
• Provide two group training/fun runs
  
• Track Workouts (Coached) 
  
• Running Education Seminars
  
• Host three CARA Registered races each year
  
• Provide scholarships for HS Seniors (Members Only)
  
• Publish a monthly newsletter (Foxtales)
  

History:  The club was founded in 1995 to promote running in the central Fox Valley (from Elgin to Aurora). Since then our club has grown to 300 members from all over the western suburbs of the Chicago area.
